Australia’s most iconic brand celebrates 100 Years.
Qantas marked its centenary by commissioning a special identity. The new brand marque proudly celebrates the airline’s centenary across a broad spectrum of marketing and commemorative merchandise. Celebrations commenced at Sydney Airport, where Prime Minister Scott Morrison unveiled the centenary livery for Qantas’ newest Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The new marque is displayed prominently on the fuselage. Qantas CEO Alan Joyce announced that the centenary marque will appear on 5,000,000 commemorative one dollar coins commissioned by the Royal Australian Mint.
