The site is designed to reflect the business’ renowned instore service and improve multi-platform usability. This is the symbol for Adviser Intelligence (a.i.). Adviser Intelligence is an affordable cloud-based software solution that connects financial advisers to clients and managers to their practice. Collaborating with one of Australia’s leading illustrators Lew Keilar, we have designed collateral for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. The information is contained in three separate brochures titled; What You Need To Know About Prostate Cancer, Support Groups For People Affected By Prostate Cancer and Caring For Someone With Prostate Cancer. The covers of the brochures feature illustrations of real people in the prostate cancer community and are beautifully reproduced in special PMS colours on an toothy uncoated paper stock. Charter Hall

After winning a competitive pitch, we collaborated with Charter Hall to create an identity, positioning statement and marketing campaign for their 100 Skyring development. 100 Skyring is a new, large commercial building located in Brisbane's prestigious Gasworks precinct. Our brief was to design a recognisable brandmark that was flexible enough to form part of a marketing campaign, and have longevity when applied to the building's permanent signage. The final deliverable was a set of brand guidelines to allow Charter Hall's internal design team to roll out the campaign collateral.

One of our longest-standing clients Probuild, asked us to create an engaging piece of collateral launching their refreshed ‘blue’ identity. The brief was to create something collectable, that showcased the group’s high level service offering and growing construction portfolio. Some of the projects featured were, Chadstone Shopping Centre; the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, and Crown’s Melbourne and Perth based casinos.

K.W.Doggett Fine Paper

We’re proud to continue our relationship with K.W.Doggett Fine Paper, recently producing a new winter campaign for their environmentally friendly coated paper; Maine Recycled. Following on from our award winning campaign for Maine last year, we once again collaborated with illustrator Christopher Nielsen. This campaign named, ‘A Natural Beauty’ is set in the French ski fields, near where the paper is manufactured by Arjowiggins Graphic. Communications Manager, Nevi Laketa was delighted with the result; “We love the new illustration as much as the first one. Thursday Design always nail the brief, visually representing the paper’s environmental and print credentials in such a beautiful way.” The campaign begins nationally this week, and it promises to be a genuine natural beauty.

The Real Event

Queensland’s leading real estate event was born out of frustration with other conferences, that are generally expensive and fail to address the real issues facing agents in an ever-changing marketplace. Collaborating with the event's founders; Jason Andrew and Peter Ford, we developed a visual language and marketing plan designed to communicate with real estate professionals. Le Creuset

Collaborating with NAC Media, we created a series of uniquely coloured invitations to launch French cookware manufacturer, Le Creuset's first stand alone Australian store. The invitations were produced using a selection of specialist coloured paper stocks to reflect the diverse colour range of the cookware. The 'What's your favourite Le Creuset colour?' concept encouraged recipients to respond with their favourite colour. Upon arriving at the event, guests received a piece of Le Creuset cookware in their specified colour.

K.W.Doggett Fine Paper

Albert Einstein once said; ‘Life is like riding a bicycle, in order to keep your balance, you must keep moving’. Maine Recycled is a new coated paper from K.W.Doggett Fine Paper that intends to restore the environmental balance in the printing industry by inspiring people to use recycled paper. Thursday Design collaborated with; Christopher Nielsen (www.chrisillo.com), Michael Hall (www.michaelhall.net) and Stallion Bikes (www.stallionbikes.com) to make this campaign happen.

‘Believe in something’ formed the single minded proposition for KW. Doggett’s environmentally friend uncoated paper, Impact. The brochure features a photographic essay of a young up-and-coming boxer named  Will Tomlinson (Wild Will) preparing for next big fight. Like Impact, Wild Will has gone from strength to strength and is now the IBO World Super Featherweight champion.

Wordsmith

Looking to relaunch her business after completing her PhD, freelance copywriter, Jo Chipperfield, approached us for a brand that would capture her existing commercial experience as well as her creative academic writing, teaching and research. We designed a typographic solution coupling Mrs Eaves’ sophisticated play on tradition with the clean simplicity of Helvetica, and a clever speech-bubble ligature. The 600gsm purple edge painted letterpressed business cards formed the centrepiece of the stationery suite.

Start-up print management company Seed Print Group, approached the studio to design their corporate identity. The brief was to engage the design community and resonate with a broader, more conservative corporate print buying market. A bespoke typeface was designed using circles to represent seeds. The characters formed a unique word marque that was not only striking but importantly, legible.

Renowned conceptual art gallery, yuill|crowley invited Thursday Design to design a book on Australian artist John Barbour. Edited by Ewen McDonald, the book titled Hard/Soft includes a chronology of Barbour’s career beginning with the work; ‘immuredinpace’, (1988) through to his recent exhibition held this year. The cover features a circular die-cut, inspired by a major work displaying the words ‘No More Holes’. One of our longest standing clients, Digitalpress commissioned us to produce a limited edition typographic poster, communicating a benefit of working with Australia’s leading digital printer. We created the poster using the herb ‘thyme’ to form the letter ‘t’. The concept of ‘thyme’ refers to the ‘time’ Digitalpress commit to their clients.

Tragic Beauty

Michael Hall is an award-winning photographer. He was voted European Photographer of the Year by the Federation of European Photographers in 2006 and was a Hasselblad Masters Finalist in 2009. Following a near-fatal cycling accident in 2007, Michael decided to re-evaluate his work, and embarked on an ambitious personal project: to document the causes and effects of climate change across the world. This is his first limited edition book.

This project is a sampler CD released by composer Charlie Chan. The CD showcases Chan’s piano music, written for film, television, theatre and dance.
